Last week I left off talking about Taking the Hill. We can look at numerous historical examples of what it cost to do so, including the costs of defending the Hill akin to Breeds Hill.  Taking the Hill

For instance, when considering the cost of taking the hill like the Ohio Constitutional Amendment, Issue 1, the major strategy was so lopsided that a needed majority went to the top to defend the enemy from the good guys liberating the hill with truth. I saw otherwise Christian conservatives on social media supporting Issue 1 thinking it was saving constitutionalism. Well, these folks have no concept of the history of the Ohio Constitution let alone the perverting of this constitution since the 1910/11 constitutional convention and associated amendments.

Pundits don’t lead in Taking The Hill

Pundits and many national speakers are great at rallying the troops on the plains and sometimes in the woods but thus far, NONE actually lead in Taking The Hill. I am mostly referring to the Hanson’s, Rogan’s, Peterson’s and the like.

This class of folks can put out a lot of good information but their abilities to engage where the boulders are rolling and bouncing to the bottom of the Hill, are not really worth any type of leadership. I would go as far to say they don’t even talk about strategies to win. Good basic info sources, not so good deep intel sources and as noted, very poor sources on the needed strategies for success.

Yes, there are really good strategists out there. The question will always be, including the Info I’m providing via a login, ‘will you listen and act?’ Therefore, if you know the hotrod strategist that can plan the assent of taking the hill, fantastic and I bless your endeavors to march with their leadership.

But this week, we are really going to look several various strategies for taking our local and state Hills. There are a number of slide presentations and other very informative papers that lay out the principles and methodologies. These are proven. Heck, I even include a couple demoncrat winning methodologies for Taking The Hill. You will have access to these documents if you are a subscriber to the newsletter.

Confusion into governance

This week I am taking a first pass in my study of Calvinism 2.0. Also, I have to bring us back to Sam Adams perspective that ALL Governance is Local. So, I did title the program, “Calvinism 2.0 – Local Governance” in that it is required to have an understanding on how all governance should function in relationship to ones True understanding of the extensibility of Biblical Reformation Reality.

Sam Adams fully understood this as proven by his moniker “the Last Puritan”. To that, I have included in the references, the Congregational Quarterly, January 1869, which has a great article titled “Samuel Adams, the Last of the Puritans.” Notably, the nation in 1869 had already experienced the forethought of disappointment that Sam Adams envisioned for the Republic without a Puritan mindset. Now look at the mess we are in! Our mess is even further from the glorious hopes of that “Last Puritan” basically because of what he predicted would happen if the pulpits lost their Sound Theology of Reformation purism. Part 4 – Self-Inflicted Eviction – Who’s Minding The Boards?

Is Anyone actually watching or being held accountable for your Levy Tax Dollars.

Therefore every time you vote in favor of a Levy without demanding accountability, you are contributing to not only your – but others Self-Inflicted Eviction.

The purpose of this post is that simple deeper dive into the ‘Unaffordability” of Levies. It has taken a long time to bring this information to you since the details of it had to be more fully investigated and then written in more of a ‘White Paper’ format. Consider how long the list of the taxing authorities are as noted in “Part 3 of Self-imposed Eviction: Confusion – Good Intentions By Deception and Legislation”. The challenge for this writer has been to drill down on the Ohio Revised Code, the Ohio Administrative Code and the various bureaucratic entities rules, grants, strategies and policies.

Part 3 of Self-inflicted Eviction: Good Intentions

Confusion – Good Intentions By Deception and Legislation

Here is Part 3 of Self-inflicted Eviction, which goes beyond the emotional voting aspects of increasing ones property taxes. The good intentions of those that see or perceive needs in society often get legislation passed that creates a taxing authority (sub-division). The majority of these Sub-divisions are most often unfunded – except by self-imposed taxation. This mean that the county may be required to have a certain taxing sub-division but that does not mean that the Citizens have to fund it.

Levies: The Hot Issue

The issue of Levies is HOT across the nation. We have received tax relief at the Federal level and yet the local level is making home ownership almost impossible. Most Citizens do not know they are virtually evicting themselves and those that are renters don’t care what happens to property owners. The Confusion is that most Citizens have no clear understanding of the various Boards, better know as taxing sub-divions, regarding responsibilities and accountability. This is most true about having any idea of how and why these entities exist legislatively or what their real budgetary needs are.

Part 4 of this series will get into a lot more detail about the sub-divisions. Just to be clear, the deception is in the way the confusion of the laws are written and how levies are presented by the sub-divisions.  The good intentioned members of taxing authorities will always play on the emotions of the Citizenry. Most importantly they are culpable in taxing home owners into eviction to maintain their bureaucracy.

It’s About Our Posterity

As much as the national events are important – it is even more critical that we look at what is happening locally.  I speak to the most important elected position there is: The Precinct Committee Person.  As I get to the discussion of what SACPS is, our students, our Posterity need to understand that local governance is the key to maintaining our Liberties and that the Precinct person is the first elected official to represent the community.

As promised from last week I talk about the more complete introduction of the ‘Samuel Adams Center for Political Science.’  The web site http://sacps.org is in its gestation stages.  In the references I’ll give you a bit more but in a quick statement: It is about the youth! Developing leaders through mentorship in Foundational Truths as extrapolated from the writings and life of the ‘Father of the American Revolution.’  Is it interesting that our enemies absolutely understood the historical value of Samuel Adams? Not in a way that he and his Patriot Peers will develop leadership, entrepreneurship and policy concept studies for middle school through grad-school in First Principles of Foundational Political Science. Remember that Saul Alinskey adds Sam Adams into the list of “the great world leaders of change of the past centuries”.
