Day 1 Initial Deep Six of the Deep State and More – Trump Effect

Regarding my limited hope for 2025 post, I actually read the Executive Orders (EO’s), Executive Action (EA’s) and Memorandums (EM’s) that are – Day 1 Initial Deep Six of the Deep State. Now let me follow up with clarifying that there are momentum and leadership issues with plethora of orders and the existing management of the various agencies and departments. Say 1

To that point, let me begin with the third ‘Official Document’ that President Trump signed at the Capitol in the President’s Room: 31 acting designations and appointments. These are the temporary / acting Cabinet and sub-Cabinet level people that will begin to execute the orders given on Day 1.

Let us begin with the EO’s, EA’s and EM’s that address what many believe to be the Peoples Priorities starting with Border Security. Here I am matching the let temporary designee / appointee to the departments involved in these efforts. These are people who are already carrying out President Trumps orders by which the national government will be a Citizens government and move closer to the Republic which we hold dear in the pledge to the flag.

Then in my next post I will focus on swamp personnel EO’s, Proclamations and EM’s. This is a return to sanity in personnel management. In the next newsletter, I will give you a little bio on each and prognosticate the issues they may have with the embedded deep state / Career bureaucrats they may encounter. Or better yet, I will open the window on the 1,000 O’biden personnel getting fired. This began the evening of the Inauguration with the immediate firing of ‘Brian Hook from the Wilson Center; Mark Milley from the National Infrastructure Advisory Council; celebrity chef and humanitarian José Andrés from the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition; and Keisha Lance Bottoms, the former mayor of Atlanta, from the President’s Export Council.1

Day 1 Initial Deep Six – Border Security Executive Orders and Proclamations Analysis

To begin the review of what the President signed last night, we have to understand that there is no time stamp order. Therefore, I am taking the liberty of putting these actions in an order of common sense flow that allows one action to build or coordinate with the other. Remember, this is my humble process flow.

Here we go and make sure you follow the links:

This EO not only fully closes the border, it puts into motion all of the necessary efforts to halt money give-aways, remove illegals, act upon sanctuary entities and facilitates nations taking back their people or loose their funding.

And,

As per Section 3 (b) Executive departments and agencies (agencies) shall take all appropriate action to promptly revoke all memoranda, guidance, or other policies based on the Executive Orders revoked in section 3(a) of this order and shall employ all lawful means to ensure the faithful execution of the immigration laws of the United States against all inadmissible and removable aliens.

5. REALIGNING THE United States REFUGEE ADMISSIONS PROGRAM

Summary: Suspension of the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP). This program by definition is ‘an association of federal agencies and nonprofit organizations which work hand-in-hand to identify and admit qualified refugees for resettlement into the United States. Under Section 207 of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965, individuals wishing to settle in the United States are processed through this program.2

This program has been heavily abused by non-profits for their monetary gain. Qualification and who can participate, including non-profits must be reassessed to eliminate fraud and abuse.

From my experiences on a County mental health board, I personally believe this program has been one of the easiest for abuse and laying undo burdens on the communities where large groups of so called ‘migrants suffering abuse’ are used by non-profits for gain.

6. GUARANTEEING THE STATES PROTECTION AGAINST INVASION

Summary: This is a Proclamation to the States. This is what Federalism is secured by in our Constitutional Republic. This is taking into account the health and safety of the Citizens in the individual States as they are affected by the flow of the illegal invasion. Selected quotes:

In joining the Union, the States agreed to surrender much of their sovereignty and join the Union in exchange for the Federal Government’s promise in Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, to “protect each of [the States] against Invasion.” I have determined that the current state of the southern border reveals that the Federal Government has failed in fulfilling this obligation to the States and hereby declare that an invasion is ongoing at the southern border, which requires the Federal Government to take measures to fulfill its obligation to the States…

Historically, Presidents have used these statutory authorities to deny entry of designated classes and categories of aliens into the United States through ports of entry. But if the President has the power to deny entry of any alien into the United States, and to impose any restrictions as he may deem appropriate, this authority necessarily includes the right to deny the physical entry of aliens into the United States and impose restrictions on access to portions of the immigration system, particularly when the number of aliens illegally crossing the southern border prevents the Federal Government from obtaining operational control of the border.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America, by the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including sections 212(f) and 215(a) of the INA, 8 U.S.C. 1182(f) and 1185(a), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, hereby direct as follows:

Section 1. Suspension of Entry.

Sec. 2. Imposition of Restrictions on Entry for Aliens Invading the United States.

Sec. 3. Suspension of and Restriction on Entry for Aliens Posing Public Health, Safety, or National Security Risks.

Sec. 4. Constitutional Suspension of Physical Entry.

Sec. 5. Operational Actions to Repel the Invasion.

7. DESIGNATING CARTELS AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AS FOREIGN TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS AND SPECIALLY DESIGNATED GLOBAL TERRORISTS

Summary: Elimination of Cartels at the border and in these United States.

Sec. 2. Policy. It is the policy of the United States to ensure the total elimination of these organizations’ presence in the United States and their ability to threaten the territory, safety, and security of the United States through their extraterritorial command-and-control structures, thereby protecting the American people and the territorial integrity of the United States.

Sec. 3. Implementation. (a) Within 14 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of State shall take all appropriate action, in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the Director of National Intelligence, to make a recommendation regarding the designation of any cartel or other organization described in section 1 of this order as a Foreign Terrorist Organization consistent with 8 U.S.C. 1189 and/or a Specially Designated Global Terrorist consistent with 50 U.S.C. 1702 and Executive Order 13224.

(b) Within 14 days of the date of this order, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security shall take all appropriate action, in consultation with the Secretary of State, to make operational preparations regarding the implementation of any decision I make to invoke the Alien Enemies Act, 50 U.S.C. 21 et seq., in relation to the existence of any qualifying invasion or predatory incursion against the territory of the United States by a qualifying actor, and to prepare such facilities as necessary to expedite the removal of those who may be designated under this order.
