Independence Day 2022 – Retuning To Feudalism

Independence Day 2022

Independence Day 2022 should be a grand celebration of our Liberties as secured by the Declaration of Independence. Yet, as I brought out on the program about William Z. Foster that the 100 year effort toward socialism. In so many ways we are returning to what I have discussed over the last ten years as Modern Feudalism.

To get your mind afire with Sam Adams, read the Speech he gave regarding the Declaration of Independence. I do write a forward in this download. Here are several excerpts:

Truth loves an appeal to the common- sense of mankind. Your unperverted understandings can best determine on subjects of a practical nature. The positions and plans which are said to be above the comprehension of the multitude may be always suspected to be visionary and fruitless. He who made all men hath made the truths necessary to human happiness obvious to all. Continue reading

Geauga County Board of Mental Health Confusion

I am writing this as a former member of the Geauga County Board of Mental Health and Recovery Services, hereafter the Board. What incented me to take this step are the numerous articles cascading the blogs and the western Geauga County rags that are disparaging and misrepresentative of facts and truth. My intentions are to give a perspective that only a former insider of the Board can present to the reasonable Citizens of Geauga County. Continue reading

Caballing Cowards, Menacing Moral-less Miscreants

Caballing Cowards, Menacing Moral-less Miscreants  Caballing Cowards

As many of you know, I look at our present through the mirrors of history. Foundationally speaking, we are now a nation of three-hundred million people in fifty States and fourteen territories. Interestingly we were initially a nation of three million in the thirteen Founding States. So the population in the United States is one-hundred time that of 1776 and ‘caballing cowards’ and ‘menacing moral-less miscreants’ are being fully exposed now as they were in the founding era.

The historical words quoted here should be taken in context then and now. The quotes and the principles stated in them are applicable at every level of governance across these United States. I will make my emphasis in the historical quotes with bold italics. I make no apologies for the length of this article.

So before I get to the Ohio Republican Party (ORP) State Central Committee, the Ohio Governor and Lt. Governor, the Secretary of State and the Ohio Legislative and Judicial branches; well OK, all the bureaucrats and all lesser political elements in Ohio alone; let me make a quick mention of a large number of the pulpits in Ohio and across the nation. I want to be clear that my admonishment is to not all pulpits but most, if not the majority, which fall into the realm of not having knowledge of or understanding of foundational Biblical truth or history (see – Barna: “Pastor’s Losing Credibility”). With this lack of credibility, the people in the majority of churches, as well as the politicians or bureaucrats that attend, are destroyed. Hosea 4:6 ‘My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.’ Continue reading

Mandate Madness: Ohio’s Non-Solution

Mandate Madness  Mandatee Madness

To the Citizens of Ohio who desire genuine medical autonomous rights and to the Ohio Senate who are charged with upholding the Ohio State Constitution:

This article is Time Sensitive since the Ohio Senate intends to hold hearings on H.B. 218 beginning December 7th, 2021. The intent is to have this bill ready for signature before the end of the year so as to slow the actions of all types of corporate entities from forcing vaccine mandates and terminating employees.

I have been asked over the last two months about the Constitutionalism of COVID-19 vaccine Mandates both federally and regarding the Ohio Constitution. The policies of the Biden Administration are indifferent to any Foundational Principles. Reasonable citizens are fed up with the more than eighteen months of attacks on life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

The State of Florida has taken definitive action with a special session of the Legislature which created meaningful legislation that strongly protects the Citizens of Florida. A careful read of those Florida laws1 may resonate with what is happening in Ohio where questions by many across the state are echoing in the clear winter air. Here in Ohio, many thousands of constituents believe their voices are being lost in the blizzard of activity in Columbus. A few legislators are hearing the faint cries for help and want real Constitutional results and are to be commended. However, the majority of even Republican legislators may respond to their constituents, but they have chilled their policy language to echo that of the DeWine establishment corporate donor class. Who Are The Centinel(s)? Revisiting the Travesty of the Constitution

Who Are The Centinel(s)?  Hobgoblins

Who are the Centinels that should be keeping the factual and Constitutional perspective on governing both at the Federal and State level? Wait, you are worried about my spelling of Centinel? Well I gather that you have not read the Anti-federalists Papers have you? Centinel was one of the most prolific Anti-federalist writers and very predictive of our present.

I am re-broadcasting the program from October 15, 2016 because it is relevant to the present. Now, Centinel #1 is specific to the October 15th program yet, Centinel #11 brings home what is happening in respect to the States presently. Consider the topic of #11 – ‘The Hobgoblins of Anarchy and Dissentions Among the States.’

Hobgoblins

The Centinel(s) of our present in respect to the Federal Constitution were intended to be States and the Citizenry in the States. Unfortunately the opening of #11 speak to both the Federal and now, the States in particular. The hobgoblins of these modern times are those produced from academia and the lack of involvement of the churches in all aspects of society. Worse, the modern hobgoblins are the lords of the bureaucracies at every institutional system in all levels of government, business and education. Just to modernize Centinel #11 a tad, my substitutes are emphasized and original struck through – Continue reading

Universities are Body Politic and Corporations

Universities are Body Politic and Corporations

Shakespeare Body Politic

Shakespeare’s Body Politic

Did you know that in Ohio, universities are ‘a body politic and corporate?’ Oh yes, they are.

This is a quick introduction to how the Higher Education Lobby is NOT for education and NOT for the Ohio Constitutional intent for a better Citizenry. The Ohio university and college system is for their Corporatists’ interest only. The Ohio Constitution does not grant them to be ‘a body politic and corporate’ but in 2009 the Ohio Legislature created entities that now can even force your children to take the ChiComFlu VAX.

You might ask, what funny stuff am I smoking? The real question should be to the Legislature and why they were bought off by the corporations and federal entities funding higher education who are mixed in with the lobbyists of the universities and college system? Continue reading

250 Years of Mercantile Madness

Mercantile Madness

This Samuel Adams article is slightly modified to bring it up to date. The 21st Century words are in italics. I could only add minimally to the great wisdom of Samuel Adams as he addresses the businesses of his day and for that matter, the globalists corporate greed of our present age.

ARTICLE SIGNED “DETERMINATUS.

[Boston Gazette, January 8, 1770.]

To the Printers.

In the 20th and now 21st Centuries, there is no solid agreement from merchants to with hold importations from China or other nations that would decimate our US businesses and economy. Where As at the time of this original, The agreement of the Merchants of this distressed and insulted continent, to with hold importations from Great Britain, it seems to be allowed on all sides, has the strongest tendency towards the repeal of the acts of parliament for raising a revenue in America without our consent. There to is that the major businesses and political elite are opposers of the intent to withdraw from treaties favoring other nations for their own profit. It is no wonder then, that it was oppos’d with so much vehemence at first, by the Cabal; who knew full well, that their Places and their Pensions, and all the delectable profits which they expected to reap, and are now actually reaping, at the expence of the people in town and country, would entirely cease, if these acts, by the means of which their places, pensions and profits arise should be repealed—When they could no longer with any face call it the last efforts of a dying faction, (for the measure was so rational and pacific, that it soon spread far and wide, and was chearfully adopted by all disinterested friends of the country thro’-out the continent) they put on the appearance of the Sons of Liberty; and now their cry is, Where is that Liberty so much boasted of and contended for?
