Due to a number of personal necessities this week I am rebroadcasting this program from September 9th 2017.
My JD from UVA
I enjoyed doing the program “My JD from the U of Virginia … Maybe Not!” Which is a severe reprimand on the present educational system. More importantly the way that the legal educational system does virtually nothing to ensure that students first and foremost understand that they will be dealing with law in the Constitutional Republic of the State or States they will practice in. The operative statement is: Constitutional Republic of the State or States they will practice in.
Nor does the legal educational system ensure that law students understand Founder Original Intent of Constitutionalism. So here’s something to consider regarding the House Speaker Pelosi at a fireside chat before the graduating class at Georgetown University. The Moderator mentioned that the students were interested in ‘impeachment proceedings’. If they students were taught – “inculcated” (the secret word for today) in historical constitutionalism as I discuss today, then instead of asking an inept socialist what impeachment means, they would school her on her disqualifying use of the term or inciting the process.
With that said, I am ecstatic that I found out that I have qualified for my JD from the University of Virginia!
