Episode 440: Faithful to Foolishness - 18 USC Ch. 115 – Sam Adams the 'Puritan Patriot' Returns

We are five generations of the Faithful to Foolishness. Beginning with those born in 1928, know as the Silent Generation all the way to the Gen Z / iGen. We five generations are in deep want of wisdom and good judgment. We have fallen into absurdity and act in every form of folly known to mankind. (reference A Year-by-Year Guide to the Different Generations)

‘Harsh you say.’ I retort, Not at all. I will prove that we have fallen so far from Foundational teachings and the intent of liberty that we allow ‘lawfare’ to become a normality in politics, economics, culture and law itself.

In this spring time of 2024 we see that 18 USC Ch. 115: TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES are selectively administered within the progressive / leftist, politicized legal system, against those who are Christians, patriots and people of common sense reasoning. How do I tie the generational faithfulness to foolishness with federal law? How is the majority of this statute even necessary when foreign entities are gifted with citizenship but never renounce their ideologies?

My intent for this program was to show more of how our governments (local, state and federal,) businesses and churches are in violation of 18 USC Ch. 115 but as often happens, the wind changes and one must tack accordingly to navigate these shifting winds and the tides of our times. As you know, I will adlib in the program as I work through the content in this newsletter. So please listen to the program and use the newsletter as reference material.

Adjusting for the Wind

I am making this last minute insert into the beginning of this program. Take full account that just this Wednesday, the Folly of the House of Representatives: ‘House GOP Passes Controversial Bill Labeling Certain Christian Scriptures as ‘Antisemitic,’ Sparking Fears of Criminalizing Religious Beliefs.’ I call it folly based on the Wester 1828 dictionary definition as:

1. Weakness of intellect; imbecility of mind. Want of understanding.

A fool layeth open his folly Proverbs 13:16.

2. A weak or absurd act not highly criminal; an act which is inconsistent with the dictates of reason, or with the ordinary rules of prudence. In this sense it may be used in the singular, but is generally in the plural. Hence we speak of the follies of youth.

3. An absurd act which is highly sinful; any conduct contrary to the laws of God or man; sin; scandalous crimes; that which violates moral precepts and dishonors the offender. Shechem wrought folly in Israel. Achan wrought folly in Israel. Genesis 34:7. Joshua 7:15.

4. Criminal weakness; depravity of mind.

This ‘Antisemitic Act’ is once again reactionary legislation with gross unintended consequences lurking with 1^st Amendment assaults on Pastors and Christianity in general. Once again, Speaker Johnson is showing he lives for the god of government and not his Christian claims. The legislation does nothing to deal with the underlying subversion, sedition or even treason being foisted on We The People by business subversive collusion with politicians, the subversive collusion of leftist in the press, the subversive collusion of politicians and bureaucrats with foreign agents who hate our Constitutional Republic. But we know that the guilty can never see their crimes and nothing will be changed.

Consider what a key President Kennedy advisor wrote regarding the implementation of Fabian socialism in the U. S. Taken from None Dare Call It Treason, 1964:

Arthur M. Schlesinger, Jr., a Harvard professor and ADA-founder, was Kennedy’s special assistant. In 1947, Schlesinger wrote:

‘If socialism (i.e., ownership by the state of all significant means of production) is to preserve democracy it must be brought about step by step in a way which will not disrupt the fabric of custom, law and mutual confidence upon which personal rights depend.

That is, the transition must be piecemeal; it must be parliamentary; it must respect civil liberties and due process of law. Socialism by such means used to seem fantastic to the hardeyed melodramatists of the Leninist persuasion; but even Stalin is reported to have told Harold Laski recently that it might be possible… There seems no inherent obstacle to the gradual advance of socialism in the United States through a series of New Deals.

Socialism, then, appears quite practical within this frame of reference, as a longtime proposition. Its gradual advance might well preserve order and law… The active agents in effecting the transition will probably be, not the working classes, but some combination of lawyers, business and labor managers, politicians and intellectuals, in the manner of the first New Deal.’

In these three short paragraphs, Schlesinger confirms vividly what good Americans are called right wing extremists for saying: That the Fabians (gradualists) are socialists; that Keynesian economic policy is the path to socialism; that goals of communism and socialism are essentially the same; that New Deal welfare state proposals whether enacted by Democrats or Republicans are socialistic; that establishment of socialism will result in a curtailment of freedom; that socialism and communism appeal, not to the working class or the poverty stricken masses, but to the “liberal” intellectual, the college professor, and the turncoat businessman.

With this introduction to our generations of being faithful to foolishness, we now have to look at what is going on specifically to the Jihadist outbreak across the nation.

I will begin with the fact that we have millions of various ethnic Muslims that have legally and illegally entered the country. Many who are ardent in their faith to Islam. Some that truly want a better form of economic freedom. Many who have become Citizens of these United States. But, of those, how many have fully rejected their allegiance ideologies mandated in Islam?

Consider that false rejection of foreign ideologies is, as I noted last week, breaking an Oath, to which is the Oath of Citizenship.

“I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.”

To this oath, my question will always be, to which god is one swearing the oath?

Where Faithful To Foolishness Started

Our generational faithfulness to foolishness is that we became lax as the Anti-federalists predicted and did not keep check on those who were elected and those appointed in government and education. So now we have all these modern pundits, authors and politician regurgitating truths spoken of fifty or more years ago. And, still few listen and consider their responsibility to act as real Citizens. Yes, I’m taking you back to ‘None Dare Call It Treason’ by John Stormer. He was a herald of the corruption in the churches, culture, governance, industry and more.

Recently I watched a short portion of Tuck Carlson’s interview of a modern author regarding ‘How Ancient paganism Is Manifesting Itself Today.’ This really took me back to not only what I’ve been speaking of for twenty years but more so what John Stormer wrote in 1964 regarding the corruption of Christianity and the rise of the pagans. Remember, Marxist, Fabians and communist are rooted in paganism. Check out the Carlson interview.

What was is not now. Did you know that in the ‘50’s and ‘60’s there was a Congressional House Committee on Un-American Activities? They had looked at the destruction being done though the Christian denominations in the U. S. Stormer quotes from a Committee report:

Thus far of the leadership of the National Council of Churches of Christ in America, we have found over 100 persons in leadership capacity with either Communist-front records or records of service to Communist causes. The aggregate affiliations of the leadership, instead of being in the hundreds as first indicated, is now, according to the latest count, into the thousands, and we have yet to complete our check, which would certainly suggest, on the basis of authoritative sources of this committee, that the statement that there is infiltration of fellow travelers in churches and educational institutions is a complete understatement. – page 127, None Dare Call It Treason

This is one tie point to 18 USC Ch. 115: TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES. Especially when you read and understand the full context of what happened and is happening in the churches and education regarding subversive activities. Consider what George Bernard Shaw developed for the Fabian strategy. He:

…helped formulate the Fabian concept of eventual control through infiltration, permeation, penetration, and piecemeal acquisition of power. He strongly admired Lenin and Stalin. He said they publicly championed Marx and his principles of world revolution while quietly working to communize one country after another. They used, Shaw said, the Fabian methods of stealth, intrigue, subversion, and the deception of never calling socialism by its right name, …

What became the full opportunity of completing ‘The Plan’ occurred during each growth of the federal government, the unionization of government workers, the expansion of bureaucracies and as Stormer identified, the shadow government of the Intel agencies and State Department. Consider page 33:

America, however, was learning of some of the treachery in high places. There was an awakening. The story of Yalta and Alger Hiss unfolded. Harry Dexter White, John Abt, Nathan Witt, and other agents who reached top spots in at least six cabinet departments before, during and after World War II were exposed. The role of the Institute of Pacific Relations in the betrayal of China was disclosed. The web of subversion which reached into dozens of executive agencies unraveled. The White House Staff itself had been infiltrated as Lauchlin Currie became executive assistant to President Roosevelt.

So tell me what is new with the corruption in the Bush’s administration, the Clinton, the Obama hostile administration, the left over Obama corruption in all the agencies and now the Biden, or I should say O’biden administration. To see how the subversion is parallel to the past, read page 35 of Stormers’ book regarding what Eisenhower did in giving aid to the Communists. It is much like Clinton did with the Chinese and Obama and Biden have done with the Jihadists in our present time. That includes what is presently happening with Iran, Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood via the Palestinian front.

Educational System and Campus Faithful of Foolishness

We are not only seeing the faithfulness to foolishness in the corruption of the federal bureaucracies, but have been eager participants in the subversive actions of the educational system for close to one-hundred years. Think back to Horace Mann and John Dewey.

Now we are living out the 1960’s again with communist agitators mixed with violent ready Jihadists. You can read the hundreds of articles regarding the Palestinian uprisings on college campuses. I have several article in the resources that I believe have significance in being faithful to foolishness that is all supported by your tax dollars, about $83.9 billion in FY 2023 (investopedia).

I can go on for a long discourse on this topic but let me move to a key topic of infringement of our Rights, economic subversion.

Faithful To Foolishness of Economic Subversion

Let me start with We The People allowing our Rights to be devoured by the internationalist-globalist-environmentalists hydra now consuming our water heaters. Yes, Biden Regime Finalizes ‘Energy Efficiency’ Regulations on Residential Water Heaters Owned By ‘Almost Every US Household’. Now not to leave out the Kennedy administration, the economic slavery of the Citizenry was virtually completed during his presidency.

I want what Stormer wrote to sink in as you reflect on our present economic destruction of our Liberties and Rights, starting on page 182:

GOVERNMENT has been the ultimate goal of the collectivist thinkers who have been infiltrating every segment of American life for 60 years. In government, as in every other field, the collectivists have first infiltrated quietly, and then grabbed for control.

The seeds of Fabian socialism had already been sown in Washington, in the multitude of government bureaus when passage of the 16th Amendment in 1913 gave the federal government and its managers unrestricted access to the wealth of the American citizen.

Since then, bureaus have been piled on top of bureaus. Two World Wars, the depression of the 1930’s, a police action in Korea and the Cold War have been used as excuses for creating new offices and departments. Each one usurped, or was given by Congress, some right or power once reserved to the people, the states, or the peoples’ representatives.

The offices were staffed, first with a trickle, then with a flood of Fabian-indoctrinated theorists and professors from college campuses.

Seymour Harris of the Harvard Economics Department and a member of President Kennedy’s “task force on economy” in an article in the September 18, 1961 issue of New Republic revealed their influence. He said:

‘Economics is one thing; politics is another. No one has criticized the President for lack of political acumen. I have seen no evidence that Congress is prepared to go along with large deficits except for security reasons… But no administration has advanced as far as the Kennedy Administration in accepting Keynesian economics.’

What is Keynesian economics?

As collectivists have grabbed for control of the federal government they have skillfully used the “economic” theories of John Maynard Keynes, a British Fabian economist, as the vehicle for buying the votes and support of the masses with their own money.

Today’s advocates of Keynes and his theories present him respectably as the “last hope for saving free enterprise,” in the typical Fabian fashion of “never calling socialism by its true label.” However, no less an authority than Norman Thomas, six-time Socialist candidate for President of the United States, writing in A Socialist’s Faith, said:

… Keynes has had a great influence and his work is especially important in any re-appraisal of socialist theory. He represents a decisive break with laissez-faire capitalism.

When you do the simple math from the onset of the quote, Stormer referred to 60 years before 1964. Therefore we have been experiencing subversion, sedition and treason by those elected, appointed and employed into federal service for 120 years. See, we are multi-generational faithful to foolishness.

Needing to Wrap This Up – For Now

We the Citizens are so accustom to foolishness and folly that we do not recognize that Sedition is now being acted out by Congress and the whole of the federal government as predicted by ‘A Federal Republican’ March 5, 1788. We continually hear that None Are Above The Law, yet as I pointed out last week, there are about twenty-five million Oath Breakers who are in violation of federal and state statutes. These government employees, appointees and elected are seditious based on the fundamental definition of the original intent of the action, which is violations regarding the actions of policy that is tumultuous and has developed violations of law and the mis-administration of justice, which is thereby disturbing the economy, culture and encouraging factious commotions. Those who are politically prosecuting and those in law enforcement who are the jackboots to these lawless bureaucracies are culpable of the same crimes of subversive activities, sedition and Oath breaking perjury and worse – treason.

The predictive quote from ‘A Federal Republican’ notes:

‘Instead of a congress whose members could serve but three years out of six—and then to return to a level with their fellow citizens; and who were liable at all times, whenever the states might deem it necessary, to be recalled—Congress, by this new constitution, will be composed of a body whose members during the time they are appointed to serve, can receive no check from their constituents. Instead of the powers formerly granted to congress of ascertaining each state’s quota of men and money—to be raised by the legislatures of the different states in such a mode as they might think proper—congress, by this new government, will be invested with the formidable powers of raising armies, and lending money, totally independent of the different states. They will moreover, have the power of leading troops among you in order to suppress those struggles which may sometimes happen among a free people, and which tyranny will impiously brand with the name of sedition. On one day the state collector will call on you for your proportion of those taxes which have been laid on you by the general assembly, where you are fully and adequately represented; on the next will come the Continental collector to demand from you those taxes which shall be levied by the continental congress, where the whole state of Virginia will be represented by only ten men! Thus shall we imprudently confer on so small a number the very important power of taking our money out of our pockets, and of levying taxes without control—a right which the wisdom of our state constitution will, in vain, have confided to the most numerous branch of the legislature.

Those who are in the various agencies and overall bureaucracies who violate their oath are not just perjurers but are guilty of sedition. What is sedition? According to the definition and principles of our founding era, sedition is:

The sense of this word is the contrary of that which is naturally deducible from sedo, or sedeo, denoting a rising or raging, rather than an appeasing. But to set is really to throw down, to drive, and sedition may be a setting or rushing together.] A factious commotion of the people, a tumultuous assembly of men rising in opposition to law or the administration of justice, and in disturbance of the public peace. Sedition is a rising or commotion of less extent than an insurrection, and both are less than rebellion; but some kinds of sedition in Great Britain, amount to high treason. In general, sedition is a local or limited insurrection in opposition to civil authority, as mutiny is to military.

Final Point…For Now

We will continue to play the faithful to foolishness unless there is a complete reconstitution of what is truth and who is the God of the nation. All that has been spoken of can be summed up in a reflection of the Oath of Office and the Oath of Citizenship.

Those Oaths require and understanding of what one is swearing to in a true covenantal manner. My last comment is a reference to the Tucker Carlson interview I opened with: Yes, we are in a pagan society governed by pagan elected, appointed and employed. We most certainly do need the Reformation and Revival that Pastor Doug Wilson discussed in his interview with Tucker.

My Friend, we must not suffer any thing to discourage us in this great Conflict. Let us recur to first Principles without Delay. It is our Duty, to make every proper Exertion in our respective States to revive the old patriotic Feelings among the People at large, and to get the public Departments, especially the most important of them, filled with Men of Understanding & inflexible Virtue. It would be indeed alarming, if the United States should ever entrust the Ship in which our all is at Stake, with inexperienced or unprincipled Pilots. Our Cause is surely too interesting to Mankind, to be put under the Direction of Men, vain, avaricious or concealed under the Hypocritical Guise of Patriotism, without a Spark of public or private Virtue. We may possibly be more in Danger of this, than many of our honest Citizens may imagine. Is there not Reason to apprehend, that even those who are inimical to our Cause may steal into Places of the highest Trust? I need not remind you that Men of this Character have had Seats in Congress from the beginning. Where is Galloway, LOW, Allen & Alexander?—If it was so in those Times of Vigilance & Zeal, how much more is it to be expected, when the Love of many is waxen cold, & their Minds are distracted with the Pursuit of Pleasure & exorbitant Riches. We cannot be persuaded to believe that bad Men have been sent by their States with a View of giving a fatal Stab to our Cause in its Infancy; but is it unreasonable to suppose that their Elections were secretly influenced by artful Men, with that Design. Our most dangerous Enemies may be in our Bosoms.
