1-30-21 The Tale of Despotism

The Tale of Despotism despostism to tyranny

This tale of Despotism is the story I have been building up to over these last five years on this network. It has been the story that I, as with others, have been expressing page by page for over forty years. Now, we are fully into the chapter that has the villains fully in control of tying the girl to the railroad tracks.

On this program I’m connecting the dots of The Tale of Despotism to the Trail of Tyranny. Before the inauguration of this pretender, I discussed with some how we would see the fast tracking trail of destruction and the steam engine to socialism….. within a week! Well, here we are.

The Trail of Tyranny is leaving the bloodied and maimed along the way. Think of all the techno-oligarch’s kills. Think of the destruction of jobs, not only from the chicomflu but also the stack of executive orders that has laid waste to the energy, infrastructure, food, agriculture and other industries. All in one week.

Many are putting their hope in the mid-term elections. Well, we better get seriously busy in understanding the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrate and Civil Disobedience In an Age of Tyranny. With the demoncrat lead House in Congress and now the Department of Homeland Security considering Constitutional Patriots as domestic terrorists, We the People need to understand our God given Rights in context of Foundational and Biblical wisdom. The general populace has much to learn.

Foremost, the action item from this program is becoming the active Citizen that God and Country requires of you.

Impeachment Again?

I will let you in on a secret from a Federalist. Yes, I am quoting a Federalist that I do not have a lot of regard for but in this instance he defines well the manner in which Impeachment is being bastardized in our present. I will give you the full context during the program but here is the teaser:

‘A well constituted court for the trial of impeachments, is an object not more to be desired than difficult to be obtained in a government wholly elective. The subjects of its jurisdiction are those offenses which proceed from the misconduct of public men, or in other words from the abuse or violation of some public trust. They are of a nature which may with peculiar propriety be denominated POLITICAL, as they relate chiefly to injuries done immediately to the society itself. The prosecution of them, for this reason, will seldom fail to agitate the passions of the whole community, and to divide it into parties, more or less friendly or inimical(def: tending to harm), to the accused. In many cases, it will connect itself with the pre-existing factions, and will inlist all their animosities, partialities, influence and interest on one side, or on the other; and in such cases there will always be the greatest danger, that the decision will be regulated more by the comparitive strength of parties than by the real demonstrations of innocence or guilt.’

Which leads us to the discussion of the Senate. I will refer you to my favorite Anti-federalist in this regard…. None other than Malancton Smith. His speech on June 25, 1788 define why and how the Senate should represent the States. Sadly the 17th Amendment destroyed this and hence we have the oligarchy that is ‘POLITICAL’ in domination.

Last Consideration for this writing but not the program.

Brutus writes in a powerful rebuttal to Hamilton regarding the taxing authority in the new Constitution. Consider the ‘first’ of three points he details:

‘To comprehend the extent of this authority, it will be requisite to examine

1st. What is included in this power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises.

2nd. What is implied in the authority, to pass all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying this power into execution.

3rd. What limitation, if any, is set to the exercise of this power by the constitution.

First. To detail the particulars comprehended in the general terms, taxes, duties, imposts and excises, would require a volume, instead of a single piece in a newspaper. Indeed it would be a task far beyond my ability, and to which no one can be competent, unless possessed of a mind capable of comprehending every possible source of revenue; for they extend to every possible way of raising money, whether by direct or indirect taxation. Under this clause may be imposed a poll tax, a land tax, a tax on houses and buildings, on windows and fireplaces, on cattle and on all kinds of personal property. It extends to duties on all kinds of goods to any amount, to tonnage and poundage on vessels, to duties on written instruments, newspapers, almanacks, and books. It comprehends an excise on all kinds of liquors, spirits, wines, cider, beer, etc., and indeed takes in duty or excise on every necessary or conveniency of life, whether of foreign or home growth or manufactory. In short, we can have no conception of any way in which a government can raise money from the people, but what is included in one or other of these general terms. We may say then that this clause commits to the hands of the general legislature every conceivable source of revenue within the United States, Not only are these terms very comprehensive, and extend to a vast number of objects, but the power to lay and collect has great latitude; it will lead to the passing a vast number of laws, which may affect the personal rights of the citizens of the states, expose their property to fines and confiscation, and put their lives in jeopardy. It opens a door to the appointment of a swarm of revenue and excise collectors to prey upon the honest and industrious part of the community, [and] eat up their substance. . ..’

And Brutus Continues on this subject for the Ladies:

‘… This power, exercised without limitation, will introduce itself into every corner of the city, and country-it will wait upon the ladies at their toilet, and will not leave them in any of their domestic concerns; it will accompany them to the ball, the play, and assembly; it will go with them when they visit, and will, on all occasions, sit beside them in their carriages, nor will it desert them even at church;

for the men it contiinues:

…it will enter the house of every gentleman, watch over his cellar, wait upon his cook in the kitchen, follow the servants into the parlor, preside over the table, and note down all he eats or drinks; it will attend him to his bedchamber, and watch him while he sleeps; it will take cognizance of the professional man in his office, or his study; it will watch the merchant in the counting-house, or in his store; it will follow the mechanic to his shop, and in his work, and will haunt him in his family, and in his bed; it will be a constant companion of the industrious farmer in all his labor, it will be with him in the house, and in the field, observe the toil of his hands, and the sweat of his brow; it will penetrate into the most obscure cottage; and finally, it will light upon the head of every person in the United States. To all these different classes of people, and in all these circumstances, in which it will attend them, the language in which it will address them, will be GIVE! GIVE!’

What to Do?

  • Begin by knowing the truth regarding your Inalienable Rights.

  • Get elected in Local Government and take it back as ‘moral and virtuous people’ should.

  • Use every Constitutional means to resist despotism and tyranny.

Sam Adams Wisdom

A letter to Mr. Francis Lightfoot Lee 1778

‘…The Spirit of Avarice, I am sorry to be obligd to say it, prevails too much in this Town; but it rages only among the few, because perhaps, the few only are concernd at present in trade. The old substantial Merchants have generally laid aside trade & left it to Strangers or those who from nothing have raisd fortunes by privateering. The Body of this Community suffer proportionably as much as the great continental Publick. It must be confessd that the Charges of Trade are enormous, and it is natural for men when they have at great Risque & Expence imported Commodities which are wanted by every body, if they must receive in payment for them what is valued by no body, to demand as much of it as they please, especially if it is growing daily into less Repute. This you know has been the Case. There is but one effectual Remedy; & that is to lessen the Quantity of circulating paper Money. This is now doing here. Our Assembly have laid on a very heavy Tax, & are determind to repeat it again and again. Besides which they have called in a large Quantity of their bills, for which they have issued Notes payble with Interest. The Effects are already felt & the prices of Goods have been for some time past gradually sinking.’
