What does ‘Suffrage’ mean? How do we maintain the equity in Voting? And is our Constitution Timeless – Ageless?

Multiples of Miscreant minions Pounding on the doors of the Supreme Court Camber where the new Supreme Court Justice was being sworn in reminded me of the people of Sodom beating on the doors of Lot’s house. This is not far fetched when I discuss the content of this program. We have allowed a culture of Sodom to develop most particularly over the last 50 years. Education has gone the route of indoctrination with complete reversal from the strong Biblical roots that were once at Harvard, Princeton and other places of higher learning.

Mid-term Elections Matter even with the election of President Trump in 2016 is the first effort in fifty-years in what he clearly states in his inaugural speech. “Today’s ceremony, however, has a very special meaning because today we are not merely transferring power from one administration to another or from one party to another, but we are transferring power from Washington, D.C., and giving it back to you, the people.1” The forceful opposition to this clear transfer back to Founder’s Intent for self-governance is the purposeful intent of the democrats and their socialists/neo-marxists collaborators.
The greatest fights for our Constitutional Republic are yet before US. The miscreants of the attacking ‘left’ are now fully engaged to topple every aspect of the Constitution and the Republic. With the confirmed appointment of Justice Kavanaugh they are conceding the loss of the position but are claiming through people like actress Milano, “we may have lost a political battle, but I do think we are winning the cultural battle.2” – In her interview on “Meet The Press” of all programs. This self-styled political genus uses the word ‘collective’ numerous times. Remember that language usage is 100% telling of ones ideologies.

Allowing for the incursion of illegals, terrorists, drugs, human trafficking and gangs, often planned and incited by counter Constitutional entities, Therefore this is an invasion. The Virtue of the Elected is Missing in governance!
We have clearly been witnessing the lack of ‘Virtue of the Elected’ to office especially the democratic House and Senate.
Lack of Virtue is relatively true in most of the Legislatures in the various States. The reality that morality has left the classroom and higher-learning is systemic of what has occurred in the congregations across the nation. Those that were at the Foundation of the nation Clearly understood humanity and the willfulness of mankind, without the Biblical God, to be anything other than what we observe in the chambers of the Senate during the Kavanaugh Hearings.
Today we look at the total disregard for a sovereign Constitutional Republic by the votes of the deamoncrats regarding HR 1071, which would rebuke those cities and states that allow illegals and non-citizens to vote. Sam Adams wrote to John Adams about this issue.
The reality is that elected persons of “dubious Character” are nothing new! Nor are those that tell the Constituent one thing and then go to the General Assembly and do something else or represent a different interest – Is not new!
All of this is addressed in this program!
Sam Adams not only writes to a friend concerning these issues but also with his wife. Again, it is clear that only a Moral and Virtuous people can bring forth Moral and Virtuous elected persons. We have not properly prepared those who should be in elected positions with Foundational Morals and Virtue. Additionally, the bureaucracy do not function according to Founders Principles and Intent.
Early voting (Absentee Voting) in Ohio begins in two week. We have critical issues on the ballot of which Local Levies are the most impacting to every property owner. I have been a member of a nine county Tax Working Group since the end of May. This program will ultimately focus on “YOU” taxing yourself to the potential of eviction. Where I live we are seeing more people, especially those on fixed incomes, having to sell their homes and property because the property taxes are forcing them to do so. This is a National Epidemic that only a Citizen can address.

This week I call this the “Ted Talk”. I know that some of you may be thinking of those high-tech sessions but in fact this is with a real Ted. My good friend Ted Farmer is up visiting from Arizona. Ted has been a TEA Party Leader in Arizona and an award winning Brewer. So we are having some fun yet getting into some deep discussions.
With all that is happening with the deamoncrats pushing hard for this Mid-term election, Ted and I will discuss what has happened to the TEA Parties and what needs to happen over the short time left to the November election. Confusion – Good Intentions By Deception and Legislation
Here is Part 3 of Self-inflicted Eviction, which goes beyond the emotional voting aspects of increasing ones property taxes. The good intentions of those that see or perceive needs in society often get legislation passed that creates a taxing authority (sub-division). The majority of these Sub-divisions are most often unfunded – except by self-imposed taxation. This mean that the county may be required to have a certain taxing sub-division but that does not mean that the Citizens have to fund it.
Levies: The Hot Issue
The issue of Levies is HOT across the nation. We have received tax relief at the Federal level and yet the local level is making home ownership almost impossible. Most Citizens do not know they are virtually evicting themselves and those that are renters don’t care what happens to property owners. The Confusion is that most Citizens have no clear understanding of the various Boards, better know as taxing sub-divions, regarding responsibilities and accountability. This is most true about having any idea of how and why these entities exist legislatively or what their real budgetary needs are.
Part 4 of this series will get into a lot more detail about the sub-divisions. Just to be clear, the deception is in the way the confusion of the laws are written and how levies are presented by the sub-divisions. The good intentioned members of taxing authorities will always play on the emotions of the Citizenry. Most importantly they are culpable in taxing home owners into eviction to maintain their bureaucracy.
For several weeks we had been discussing Federalist #10. Madison has been focussed on ‘Factions’ and how to deal with them. His idea is that the ‘New Constitution’ is the best way to do so. He discusses the weaknesses and potential problems stemming from persons of various characters influencing groups of Citizens such that they could be easily manipulated.
Now, ‘The Anti-federalists’ take, as Madison, to the moral and virtuous make up of ‘classes of people’ and individuals. This week I focus on the 1788 article, which sets up the response from Madison yet in so many ways there is agreement to what I always call the sinful nature of man striving for power or manipulation over other. Not only that, there are those who prefer to be sheeple easily taken by those who can play to their wants or needs. Interestingly the author of this paper predicted that there would eventually be only two major political parties.
In this program I can only guarantee getting through the ‘first class’ or group of people that are most influential. The writer opens with “The first class comprehends all those men of fortune and reputation who stepped forward in the late revolution, from opposition to the administration, rather than the government of Great Britain. … All your people of fashion and pleasure who are corrupted by the dissipation of the French, English and American armies; and a love of European manners and luxury.”
I will leave you with this idea that there are those who are willing to support the national government when it meets their purposes as our Anti-federalist notes: “They are at present wavering. They are generally, though with very many exceptions, openly for the proposed, but secretly against any American government. A burnt child dreads the fire. But should they see any fair prospect of confusion arise, these gentry will be off at any moment for these five and twenty years to come. Ultimately, should the administration promise stability to the new government, they may be counted on as the Janizaries (a devoted follower or supporter) of power, ready to efface (make oneself appear insignificant or inconspicuous) all suspicion by the violence of their zeal.”
