With the tragedy in Florida I will focus the first segment on the real issues that have been and are the cause and effect realities of our national condition. The mental health issues in my opinion are the fault of the educational system starting with the anti-God humanists Horace Mann and Dewey.
Through all the blast of the media and the rhetoric of Congress to the standing on solid ground of a partially staffed Administration – not a single soul is talking about what the realities of fact and truth are in functional governance – under actual Constitutionalism.
In preparing for my radio program it became evident again that the emotionalism of all the media completely distorts any ability to get to the heart of the matter – How is our Constitutional Republic Intended to function? Frankly, those in government and even the super self-serving lawyers in Congress don’t understand nor do they want to. They have become so dependent on the donors and lobbyists that they have thrown the concepts of Constitutionalism deep in the sub-basement of the Capital and all the marble bureaucratic buildings in D.C.
How Dare I say this? Simple, I know how to read and reading the Federalist Papers alone gives clear intention (Intent) for how governance should function in the Republic. So before we get to the core issues as indicated by the title let us get one thing very clear: every pundit, talk show host/hostess, politician or bureaucrat that calls this nation a democracy should be heavily chastised, have their ears rung and be thrown out the door for manifesting their ignorance or subversive ideologies. When did you have that first conversation about work ethics that dove into the plight of the common worker and those terrible rich business owners? Mine was as a young lad sitting on the periphery as my father, his two brothers and a couple of friends sat around playing poker. It was in the early 60’s when the height of the labor vs. management was raging through much of the industries and trades in the United States. The conversations at the card table could become pretty heated since there was an uneven split between the players of corporate/management types (two) and labor/union types (three).
My dad and his oldest brother were of the latter category while the younger brother of the former. Things could get heated as they evaluated the political as well as the monetary discrepancies of rich compared to the middle class. The poor were never a consideration in the conversations, ah, sometimes arguments. I always listened intently because I saw that on the one hand, emotionalism sustained the argument of the majority over the other hand, rational-factual retorts of the minority players at the table. The Neo-cons, the demoncrats, the Fox pundits, university professors and even elected persons call US a democracy. Well, We Are NOT! I am continuing from last week with the conversation from Madison as to what form of Government we are. The Framers looked at democracy even representative democracy and flat out rejected it!
Just to say it again for today: My intent is to get to the meat of Federalist 39 in the context of what is so commonly quoted and discussed – America as a democracy. I call this narrative ‘Faux democracy’. The facts are: that we are a Federated Republic with a democratic component. Madison makes this very clear.
I’ll talk about those who held the anti-SOTU fiasco and their calling for a change in the form of our government.
I will touch on the Delphi technique which is well used by the media, Hollywood, universities and yes, the political establishment elite.
With that, As always, remember: The Founders wanted us to gain knowledge and get involved! Being a Citizen is an Active involvement in our political life! Let’s get our feet on the street for this time is critical!

I must once again take a few minutes to clarify for some pastors, church leaders and a lot of Christian folk that are not getting a clear message that the Gospel, as in “Sola Scriptura”, lays out the Cultural Mandate summarized very simply by Edmund Burke “’The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.’ In our Constitutional form of government that means we have a mechanism through which to defeat evil. I reference an article by Douglas Wilson that I believe more clearly explains my position.

The emotionalism of every media outlet screams of a lack of integrity in government. We are seeing the exposure of the infidelity of those who are not only in elected positions but those in local, state and national positions of bureaucracy. And the infidelity that I am referring to is that of oath keeping – keeping ones oath to serve under the framework of Constitutionalism. Let’s begin by thinking of Foundational Principles, which aren’t taught any longer:
A good government implies two things: first, fidelity to the object of government, which is the happiness of the people; secondly, a knowledge of the means by which that object can be best attained. Some governments are deficient in both these qualities; most governments are deficient in the first. I scruple (definition: a feeling of doubt or hesitation with regard to the morality or propriety of a course of action:) not to assert that in American governments too little attention has been paid to the last.

Let me begin by commenting that I’m froth over the media of all denominations for doing what they do best – drive emotions to levels of irrational beliefs and behaviors. I concede that the progressive – socialists – globalists are the best at it since they are extraordinaire in their use of Hegelian Dialectics (simply word and definition manipulation) such that truth does not matter nor does our Foundational Principles have any relevance for the present.
With that noted, we are now experiencing the three primary characteristics that have and are contributors to this infidelity being: subverted education system, lost national morality and virtue, and finally – the true definition of patriotism as intended.
The disparity in how the Federal Courts Interpret the Constitution is the one of the Primary effects on the disaster that is our Federal Government. Even those that relay on literal structure and Originalist ideology do not agree that we can determine the Framers Intent. I disagree because the Framers gave us the means and methodology to know their Intent. Not only that they gave the Principles by which we can know and act according to that Intent into perpetuity.
I also briefly touch on ‘What Happened to Bannon’. Interesting question to explore but, not sure we will really know the full answer.

We need to learn from this speech! Yes, I read it because the words are timeless and this proves our ‘Populous’, ‘Religious’ heritage that had England in a turmoil. So too it has the globalists/progressives/communists in a turmoil this very day. What the media including Hannity and others don’t do is Bring back the real facts and truth that will Make America Great Again. It is our Foundational Heritage not just the economy.
I am bringing you my Christmas greeting as well as a short comment about RC Sproul and John Kotmair. These two men being giants in there respective camps having dynamic impact with all that they touched in person or virtually. The Foundation of both is their Faith in Jesus.
I’m continuing with John Knox Appellation and how it is absolutely applicable right now. This is something that is not taught anywhere that I’m aware of but that may be because I don’t know all that’s happening out there. Yet, the results seem to prove that my perspective is reality. I am appealing to those who call themselves Christians in both political parties to come to grips with what Knox is saying regarding their responsibilities to God’s laws and mind over that of men. This is also pertinent to those in business as well.
John Knox Appellation is the challenge to Lesser Magistrates. Saturday’s program is simple: Do We the People really hear what has been taught from the pulpits if the pastors are teaching truth as our Founders heard and understood? With that, then to the elected into office understand and honor the sovereign authority over them? Yes, that sovereign authority is not We the People but the Living God of all that is! Our Founders did not question this.
So when we look at the debacle in every level of governance especially the Senate we can clearly observe that the greatest majority there does not understand this foundational principle. What is the Senate? What did the Anti-federalists as well as the Federalists say it could become? Yes, their predictions came to fruition.
