2-27-21 Doctrine of Lesser Magistrates – Part II

Lesser Magistrates

The Doctrine of Lesser Magistrates is like other many practical political theological principles that have been put in the closet of postmodernism (see references for definitions), especially in the pastoral mind. There are modern thought leaders in the pulpits that have clarity and identify the need for political action at every level within the context of Foundational truth. Yet, the great number of US Citizens have no idea of what the elected are supposed to do let alone act according to the principles of the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates.

This program is Part II in discussing the Lesser Magistrates. I was honored to present Part I on the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates at the Lake County Liberty Coalition meeting this past Wednesday. It was a fantastic group of people that want local and state governance to function according to core principles. During this time I presented the history and application of what this Doctrine is as well as how it can be applied in our present time. (see the references to get the presentation pdf.) 2-20-21 Vocation Vs. Indoctrination

Vocation Vs. Indoctrination  Doctrine of Vocation

This week I’m bringing the Doctrine of Vocation to the table. Since the snow kept us from the meeting where I was to present on the Doctrine of The Lesser Magistrate, I wanted to drill down on one key aspect included in the concept of where do Lesser Magistrates come from. Believe it or not Mr. Ripley, the Doctrine of Vocation was taught and brought forward by Martin Luther. In our present age we have Vocation Vs. Indoctrination. There is so much indoctrination that has inculcated in our Citizenry that even the pulpits have swallowed the blue pill for over a century. Continue reading

2-13-21 Gov. DeWine – Open Letter – 9 Books To Perdition

Gov. DeWine An Open Letter – 9 Books To Perdition  DeWine Swearing In

I began to write Gov. DeWine an open letter but it was turning into a book. Instead of writing something that I knew he would never read, I decided that I would make the open letter a program that anyone could republish as they would like.

The Content

The content of this Open Letter message to Gov. DeWine was to begin with the Executive Orders (EO’s) that he signed on inauguration day. As a sitting member of the mental health board at that time, I found two executive orders to be adding big government and a capitulation to the psychobable lobby. In my opinion, the positions and intent of these orders would add to loss of parental control of K-12 students and would, as it has proven to be true, implement programs into schools that parents may not be aware of which promote mental evaluations of all students. Remember, mental health boards count all students as a demographic, especially for funding purposes. Continue reading

The Government of Christ (1738)

The Government of Christ (1738)

Link to the sermon

Introduction from the Belcher Society:

[John Webb (1687-1750), The Government of Christ (1738). Preached before Governor Jonathan Belcher (1682-1757) during his first governorship of the royal colonies of Massachusetts Bay and New Hampshire (1730-1741).

John Webb’s election day sermon briefly relates the role of God’s providence in the Puritan establishment of New England. Webb also mentions the Great Awakening of the 1730’s that was described by Jonathan Edwards. Continue reading

2-6-21 Why I Resigned the Mental Health Board

Why I Resigned The Mental Health Board

I am discussing the root reason Why I Resigned the Mental Health Board because mental healthmany have asked as to a root cause.

I want to be clear, that as I comment on the Board itself, that there are a number of the individuals on the Mental Health Board that I have a high regard for. There is one person in particular that happens to be the first one to sit with me and review the operation of the board. This person is effortless in the pursuit of stopping the legalization of marijuana in the State of Ohio. The Mental Health Board is made up of Citizens with various experiences, personal attachments that qualify them to be on the board but, few understand the mechanics of how a Board should actually function and are limited in what can be accomplished due to the restrictions placed on common sense by the Ohio Revised Code and Ohio Administrative Code. Sermon On the MA Constitution by Samuel Cooper (1780)

Sermon On the MA Constitution by Samuel Cooper (1780)

Rev. Samuel CooperThis Sermon On the MA Constitution was delivered by the request of the Massachusetts newly constituted State government. The occasion was the election of the Government by the sovereign people of this state. Sam Adams wrote a significant portion of this Constitution as well as did John Adam with the full committee that drafted it.

The Rev. Doctor Samuel Cooper was chosen to deliver the inaugural sermon before both the citizenry and the elected. This call to preach at this occasion was most interesting since – ‘Cooper did not use his pulpit as a political tool, but stayed with well-preached sermons based on the Bible.’ Continue reading

1-30-21 The Tale of Despotism

The Tale of Despotism despostism to tyranny

This tale of Despotism is the story I have been building up to over these last five years on this network. It has been the story that I, as with others, have been expressing page by page for over forty years. Now, we are fully into the chapter that has the villains fully in control of tying the girl to the railroad tracks.

On this program I’m connecting the dots of The Tale of Despotism to the Trail of Tyranny. Before the inauguration of this pretender, I discussed with some how we would see the fast tracking trail of destruction and the steam engine to socialism….. within a week! Well, here we are. Continue reading

The Duty of Magistrates (1779)

Samuel Stillman, The Duty of Magistrates (1779)

[Tom N. NOTE: There are few, very few pastors that will preach like Samuel Stillman. There are fewer that Samuel Stillmanwill engage in the political arena like Rev. Stillman. There is few to none in Christian education, be they seminary or Christian college/university that even teach these Foundational sermons. Hence we have the political elite and political parties that are dysfunctional with no intent to return to the Foundational Principles. As we see, the new 2021 federal administration is ‘Cancelling’ our history and rewriting it according to ideologies contrary to those spoken and written in this sermon and other Foundational text.

Can you remotely imagine a sermon of this content, authority and direction being preached before a State or Federal court let alone a Supreme Court?] The reality is that Magistrates no longer understand their Duty to God nor to the People.]

1-23-21 Interview – David and Daniel from Romania

David and Daniel from Romania  communism_vs_liberty

This interview with David and Daniel is revealing with warnings, they are challenging and they are full of hope in a refreshing way.

David and Daniel discuss their experiences living in communist Romania. Their desire is to reveal to Citizens in America what ‘fear’ does to a country and express what the foundation of true Liberty is. I don’t think that anyone who listens to this program regularly will be surprised at what they have to say. Continue reading

The Character of a Good Ruler (1694)

Samuel Willard – The Character of a Good Ruler (1694) Samuel Willard

My Thoughts

Before I make reference to the text of ‘The Character of a Good Ruler’ and take you to the bio information about Samuel Willard, I wanted to highly recommend that you shard this sermon with elected persons, judges and non-elected bureaucrats. This sermon is as pertinent in our present time as it was at the end of the 17th Century. As we see clearly in ALL administrations at all levels of governance particularly over the last one hundred years, these Characters of a Good Ruler have been and are wanting.

With that, for my part, the several takeaway’s are:
