Mandate Madness: Ohio’s Non-Solution

Mandate Madness  Mandatee Madness

To the Citizens of Ohio who desire genuine medical autonomous rights and to the Ohio Senate who are charged with upholding the Ohio State Constitution:

This article is Time Sensitive since the Ohio Senate intends to hold hearings on H.B. 218 beginning December 7th, 2021. The intent is to have this bill ready for signature before the end of the year so as to slow the actions of all types of corporate entities from forcing vaccine mandates and terminating employees.

I have been asked over the last two months about the Constitutionalism of COVID-19 vaccine Mandates both federally and regarding the Ohio Constitution. The policies of the Biden Administration are indifferent to any Foundational Principles. Reasonable citizens are fed up with the more than eighteen months of attacks on life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

The State of Florida has taken definitive action with a special session of the Legislature which created meaningful legislation that strongly protects the Citizens of Florida. A careful read of those Florida laws1 may resonate with what is happening in Ohio where questions by many across the state are echoing in the clear winter air. Here in Ohio, many thousands of constituents believe their voices are being lost in the blizzard of activity in Columbus. A few legislators are hearing the faint cries for help and want real Constitutional results and are to be commended. However, the majority of even Republican legislators may respond to their constituents, but they have chilled their policy language to echo that of the DeWine establishment corporate donor class. Episode 329: Constitution Null – Political Theology

Constitution Null  Constitution Null

Video Now alive at Rumble

Is it shocking that I say the Constitution Null? In the first instance of Webster’s 1828 Dictionary the definition is ‘To annul; to deprive of validity; to destroy.’ Modern online dictionaries define null as ‘having no legal or binding force; invalid.’ What is happening with the modern bureaucracies at all levels is that the Constitution has no ‘binding force.’ Even the Courts act by their political theology and not by the original intent concept of Constitutionalism.

There are two clear points that I am talking about on this weeks program as I close the year dealing with Political Theology. Just a reminder of the definition of political theology: ‘is often used to denote religious thought about political principled questions.’ as well as ‘used in discussion of the ways in which theological concepts or ways of thinking relate to politics.’ the quotes from Wikipedia contributors, “Political theology,” Wikipedia, The Free Encyclopedia, https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Political_theology&oldid=1047705690 (accessed December 2, 2021).

I know, here I go again on the Political Theology highway. Well if you have not figured it out, politics is now more theology than any of the blabber from talking heads, Phd’s, bureaucrats or so called politicians and political experts. More important is that all those who I mentioned are taking their theological positions and communicating them into every aspect of society and doing it every day. They are living their religions out in the open and making policy based on their beliefs. Continue reading

The Present Civil War and Back to 2019

The Present Civil War

45 Goal Completed

Source: Fiscal Ranger

The present Civil War is more inflamed with actual battle engagements and not just the runaway skirmishes that conservatives and repudicans have dabbled in over the last eighty years.

This week, travels still take president and the podcast/vblog are from 5-11-19 Anti-federalists Prediction – Present Civil War is on deck for this epicode. As I look back at this program, my view is that no one was really thinking that the skirmishes would become an all out slaughter in the so called culture and political battlefields. Sadly, there have been a number of us that do not wear tinfoil hats that have been following the lead of the Anti-federalists by predicting the breaching of the walls of Constitutionalism. We are in fact fully engaged in the greatest firefight since the opening salvos at Lexington and Concord. Continue reading

Who Are The Centinel(s)? Revisiting the Travesty of the Constitution

Who Are The Centinel(s)?  Hobgoblins

Who are the Centinels that should be keeping the factual and Constitutional perspective on governing both at the Federal and State level? Wait, you are worried about my spelling of Centinel? Well I gather that you have not read the Anti-federalists Papers have you? Centinel was one of the most prolific Anti-federalist writers and very predictive of our present.

I am re-broadcasting the program from October 15, 2016 because it is relevant to the present. Now, Centinel #1 is specific to the October 15th program yet, Centinel #11 brings home what is happening in respect to the States presently. Consider the topic of #11 – ‘The Hobgoblins of Anarchy and Dissentions Among the States.’

Hobgoblins

The Centinel(s) of our present in respect to the Federal Constitution were intended to be States and the Citizenry in the States. Unfortunately the opening of #11 speak to both the Federal and now, the States in particular. The hobgoblins of these modern times are those produced from academia and the lack of involvement of the churches in all aspects of society. Worse, the modern hobgoblins are the lords of the bureaucracies at every institutional system in all levels of government, business and education. Just to modernize Centinel #11 a tad, my substitutes are emphasized and original struck through – Continue reading

Universities are Body Politic and Corporations

Universities are Body Politic and Corporations

Shakespeare Body Politic

Shakespeare’s Body Politic

Did you know that in Ohio, universities are ‘a body politic and corporate?’ Oh yes, they are.

This is a quick introduction to how the Higher Education Lobby is NOT for education and NOT for the Ohio Constitutional intent for a better Citizenry. The Ohio university and college system is for their Corporatists’ interest only. The Ohio Constitution does not grant them to be ‘a body politic and corporate’ but in 2009 the Ohio Legislature created entities that now can even force your children to take the ChiComFlu VAX.

You might ask, what funny stuff am I smoking? The real question should be to the Legislature and why they were bought off by the corporations and federal entities funding higher education who are mixed in with the lobbyists of the universities and college system? Continue reading

Not So Fast On Destroying the Constitution

Not So Fast On Destroying the Constitution  Tearing apart the Constitution

See the video on Rumble here.

Destroying the Constitution, Not so fast all you do nothing repudicans and your cohort of communists in Congress and the various bureaucracies. This week I am reflecting back on a past program that address our present. In fact, until the first December program, I am taking the journey back in programing to hammer home what Ecclesiastes 1:9 reflects on:

“What is that which hath been? it is that which is, and what is that which hath been done? it is that which is done, and there is not an entirely new thing under the sun.” Young’s Literal Translation

Everywhere you look and listen, there are present day pundits now warning of the demise of the Republic. They are ratcheting up the rhetoric. Seemingly, to prove their point, we have 32 repudicans voting to actually accomplish the downward spiral supporting the communists in Congress through $29.5 million in lobbying efforts by the Corporatocracy that I spoke of last week.. Episode 325: Corporatocracy: Universities Making Vassals

Corporatocracy

Corporatocracy

Corporatocracy is the central focus for the first segment. I begin the journey with putting a wet rag on the exuberant cheers of Tuesdays elections. Folks need to keep their feets on the streets and awareness of corrupt elections at the forefront. This election was a set of national to local skirmishes with some good bloodied battles won.

Remember that this war is continuum that began in 1764 with the Sugar Act. Corporatocracy /Corporatism was a primary driver in the Independence movement in the Colonies from then until now. The elections in our present time are as influence by the same spirit and energy of the board rooms and investors as was true in the Courts of the Kings of England.

With this, I pray that where the wins for the repudican party are; The Citizens that were elected govern Constitutionally and not by party spirit. Hopefully the distribution of ‘Red Pills’ will continue with a devastating effect on the Matrix but we shall see as the next lines are formed for not just another skirmish but a major counter assault by revived moral constitutionalism. Episode 324: Cacophony of Confusion

Cacophony of Confusion

Cacophony of Confusion

deep background pic by Jeffrey Kam

Video on Rumble at this Link

This program not only covers the Cacophony of Confusion and chaos across the general Citizenry in the nation but also a quick dive into the states, again Ohio for instance, and within American Christendom. Many pundits are making a lot of noise and quite frankly, a lot of money, barking and howling their version of National Restoration.

Finding national restoration has historical roots. None of the canines of the media, whether sheep dog or mongrels, are looking to what is the roots of national restoration. No, they whimper, growl, howl and bark; with some sadly being eaten by flies with their heads in boxes with no real answers to restoring the nation.

In the first segment of the program I present some of that cacophony of confusion. Let me begin with asking these Questions:

  • Is the Brandon chant really acceptable?
  • A tad more on the logistics issue. Will farmers be able to farm next year with no fertilizer?
  • And, depending on time in this segment, a bit more on other state Constitutions.

See the references below for the appropriate links.

The Cacophony of Confusion Gets Louder

Episode 323: Statist Religion vs God and Liberty

Statist Religion vs God and Liberty  Statist Religion

Video on Rumble Here

Statist Religion is, as I have discussed in other programs – see Here, Here and Here, the national religion. The demise of true ‘republicanism’ is discussed in this program from the archives of Samuel Adams and the Anti-federalist Agrippa. What is clear is that the underpinnings of it all is the constant vigilance regarding Statist Religion vs God and Liberty.

American took the heavy turn around the time of the Civil War with man centered theology and philosophy toward the Statist view. This was the Hamiltonian dream, advocating for a political system in which the state has substantial centralized control over social and economic affairs.

Listen as I explore the demise of Liberty based on statism supplanting the Foundational Biblical Reformation view of God and Liberty from the words of Agrippa and Sam Adams. Continue reading

Episode 322: Blue State Constitutions And More

Blue State Constitutions blue state constitutions

Blue State Constitutions? Really? Blue States have Constitutions?

I know that it is hard to believe that States like California and New York actually have ‘State Constitutions.’ One would think that they are just extensions of the federal government bureaucracies and the D.C. Swamp. Well, in a Hamiltonian way they have become that consolidated, assimilated region of the Federal Government.

Believe it or not, the State Constitutions of California and New York have a Bill of Rights as their ‘first’ article. This is significant. Not only that, but the number of sections in theses constitutions is telling about what the Citizens of those states can claim.

Californians have the capacity to reform their state on the basis of Article I. New York not so much. I discuss this in the first segment.

Corporatism Corrupts State Constitutions

My focus for this weeks program is only on two of the Blue States, it is clear by all the policies that California and New York have done away with any Article I, their Bill of Rights, Citizen authority from their State Constitutions. The only thing remaining operational in those ‘covenants’ with the people are the processes of government. But that is another discussion for another day.

What is clear by the definitions from Last Weeks Program, is that local, national and global corporatism is the mechanisms of governing in these two Blue States.

The challenge to all in those state is to read, learn and act according to their Article I: Bill of Rights from their State Constitution.

Constitutions Are Covenant/Contract

While writing my book ‘From Covenant To The Present Constitution,’ I did a lot, and I mean a lot of study on covenant and contract. I attest that constitutions are in every sense of foundational and historical record, a covenant.

With that said, as I note on the podcast/vblog, Dr. Rushdoony, who many of you out there don’t like, does hit this one out of the part and right between your eyes into your thinking. Consider the following from; Introduction to the Law:

‘Before we begin our study of biblical law, however, it is important to recognize certain general facts concerning law. First of all, law in every culture, in every civilization is religious in origin. There is no place in the world where we can go where we can find law that is not religious. Law reflects what men believe to be is basically right and wrong in a society. It reflects the ideas of culture, of justice, of ultimacy.

Second, in any and every society, the source of law is the god of that society. The easiest place to locate the god of any system is to look to the source of law. If the courts are the source of law and there is no higher law beyond the courts, the courts have made themselves god, as is increasingly the case in our society. If the monarch rules absolutely and makes himself the ultimate lawgiver, then he is a god. If it is the people according to the theory of democracy, who are the source of law, then the people are the god of that system. In Marxism, it is the people as they find voice in the state. Mao Tse Tung has said our god is none other than the masses of the Chinese people, but the voice of this god can only be the communist party. In any and every law system, the source of law is the god of that society.

Third, it follows from this that any change of law, any change of law that affects the basic law structure of society is a change of religion, and this is exactly what we have been undergoing for the past generation or more in this country, a change of religion, and very steadily, our law system has been changed in order to provide us with another religion while we are assured that there is total toleration for all religions, but humanism is now the religion and provides the law system of our American society as it does of virtually every country in the world.

Fourth, it follows from this that there can be no disestablishment of religion in any society. You can disestablish a church, but you cannot disestablish religion. A society must either have the Christian religion established, or it will have a humanistic religion, or Buddhism, or Mohammedenism, or something else, because it must have a basic faith to provide the concept of justice, the moral code, the law system for that society. The attacks you find today in our courts on capital punishment, on restitution, on the idea that the criminal is guilty, or that the alcoholic is guilty, all these constitute an attack upon the biblical law system, and the biblical law system is being disestablished, together with Christianity, as the religion and law basis of American society as well as English, Canadian, French, German, all Western society.

Fifth, it follows from this that there can be no toleration in any law system for another religion. You can tolerate various churches of a particular religion, various interpretations, but you cannot tolerate another religion, because then you are saying that you are tolerating total revolution. You are tolerating the overthrow of your law system, of your political order, of everything. By tolerating humanism, this is exactly what we have done. Humanism is, at present, in the mopping up stages of its revolution against Christianity.’

Blue State Constitutions And More

One of the ‘And More’ for this weeks program are the points I discuss regarding the High-school girl arrested for not wearing a muzzle, I mean a mask, in class. So hold on to your hats Cowboys and Cowgirls because I discuss the Wyoming Constitution Article I: Bill of Rights and I don’t want you all to go packing up and moving to Wyoming after hearing what I have to say. Remember, repudican Liz Cheney represents the state, for now.

The Next ‘And More’, I go to my non-pulpit platform to once again bring the Truth that really matters not just the political historical mirrors of history. This is that the majority of Evangelicals over the last 80+ years have allowed the Country to fall into the hands of the enemy. Now the enemy begins in the spiritual realm but it is active in the world we live in. I’m asking you to watch this sermon; ‘A Christian Response To Mandatory Cookies’ by…. Not Doug Wilson… but by Jeff Durban. You’ll get a kick out of the Truth Jeff speaks since he was a World Champion martial artist with 5 Black-Belts.

Lastly in the ‘And More’ is the lightening round which covers: CA destruction of Article I ‘ private property,’ Crushing Suburban America – Also see – The Impact of SB 9 & 10 on California’s Single-Family Home; ‘the Beast’ in the EU, specially Lithuania; Poland’s POLEXIT; the Logistics backup issues (see References below) and a quick word at the end from Thomas Jefferson replying to articles written by Spencer Roane.

Constitutionalism or Reformation

For the newsletter, I am going to continue to hammer it home that the Pulpits and church leadership teams need to get some gonads.. I’m keeping this simple and reminding you of Madison and John Adams similar statement that ‘This Constitution is ONLY for a moral and religious people.’ We are not getting a moral and virtuous people that understand that Jesus is King and has ALL, read it fully, ALL Authority in Heaven AND On Earth.

Get the Reformation in the churches back to our Founders understanding of ‘Applied Reformation Truth and Principles,’ then Constitutionalism will be able to get back on course. Enough on that for now.

Ok, Now ‘Theology Among the Deplorables’ Listen and read here or watch here. I double dare you to do either.

Ohio Constitution Project

Now, we are going to begin a study group on the Ohio Constitution. I am going to have an introductory meeting early in December. So if you are interested and live in the Geauga or Lake Counties of Ohio, email me for more info.

This will be in conjunction with me being a part of a team developing a course on the Ohio Constitution. This course is as the national project by the Institute On The Constitution to ensure that there is a solid lecture series for each State.

For Ohio, to complete the printing and shooting the videos that will be associated with this course we need to raise $10,000.00 total. We have $1,000.00 in the kitty now so we need to raise $9,000 more. Contact me for the address to the Institute On The Constitution who holds the money in escrow for this effort.

Please see this page for more details on this Ohio and National Progects.
